Mamoun’s Falafel — Text Message (SMS) Program Terms & Conditions

Program name: Mamoun’s Falafel

The Mamoun’s Falafel text message program (the “Program”) is operated by Mamouns Franchise Company, LLC (“Mamoun’s,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). “SMS” means Short Message Service — ordinary text messages sent to a mobile phone. These SMS Terms & Conditions (the “SMS Terms”) govern the Program.

Effective: July 17, 2026

  1. Program description. The Program sends two kinds of text messages:

  • Survey messages — a short invitation to rate or describe your experience, sent after a dine-in or online ordering experience.

  • Marketing messages — promotions, offers (including Mamoun’s Rewards offers), and news from Mamoun’s Falafel, sent only to customers who have opted in to SMS marketing.

  1. How you join. Program messages are sent only to mobile phone numbers enrolled in the Program. You enroll by agreeing to receive Program messages through a Mamoun’s sign-up method that presents or links to these SMS Terms — for example, during online checkout, account sign-up, or a marketing sign-up. Marketing messages are sent only if you separately opt in to SMS marketing. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Mamoun’s.

  2. How to opt out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” in reply to any text message from the Program. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you one SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will receive no further survey or marketing messages from the Program. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. You can also revoke your consent by emailing feedback@mamouns.com, by writing to Mamouns Franchise Company, LLC, 20 Witherspoon Street, Princeton, New Jersey 08542, Attn: Privacy (include the mobile number you want removed), or by any other reasonable method that clearly communicates your request. We honor opt-out requests promptly, and in any event within ten (10) business days of receipt.

  3. Help and support. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at feedback@mamouns.com.

  4. Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  5. Message frequency; message and data rates. You will receive recurring messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you and messages you send to us. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text plan or data plan.

  6. Privacy. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.mamouns.com/privacypolicy/. We do not sell or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in and consent records, and we do not permit our service providers or affiliates to use them for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

  7. Eligibility. The Program is intended for mobile phone numbers issued in the United States and for individuals 18 years of age or older. By participating, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are the subscriber of the mobile number you provided, or that you customarily use that number and are authorized to enroll it.

  8. Other messages you may receive. These SMS Terms cover survey and marketing messages sent by or for Mamoun’s Falafel. Service messages that our platform providers send under their own terms — for example, a one-time code that verifies your sign-in to your ordering account — are governed by those providers’ terms and are not part of the Program.

  9. Changes; termination; governing law. We may modify these SMS Terms, or suspend or end the Program, at any time. If we make a material change, we will give notice by text message or by posting the updated SMS Terms on this page with a new effective date; your continued participation in the Program after notice means you accept the change, and if you do not agree, text STOP to opt out. A change will not expand the scope of any consent you previously gave without a new opt-in from you. These SMS Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and applicable federal law; nothing in these SMS Terms limits rights you have under laws that cannot be waived.
