5. Planning Tips
- Order early in December. The online catering menu does not publish a minimum, lead time, or delivery fee. For a large or date-critical order, email catering@mamouns.com ahead of time to confirm.
- Check holiday hours. Store hours can change on holidays; check the store page before you plan a pickup.
- Keep food out no more than two hours. The USDA advises tracking how long food has been on a buffet and discarding perishable items left out longer than two hours, since bacteria multiply quickly between 40 and 140°F.
- Plan drinks by the gallon. Each jug holds one gallon, which is sixteen 8-ounce cups.
